About District 5

District 5 includes the Residential Communities of Serenity, Summerly and Historic Downtown.  It also includes our beautiful Golf Course, the Levee Trail, Skydive Elsinore and so many more great attractions.  My commitment does not stop at the District 5 boundaries, my pledge is to work with all of my colleagues on the Lake Elsinore City Council to continue to grow our family friendly community.
